Join us at our regular FTM social support meeting. FTMs and SOFFAs welcome. We follow a two topic format, having open discussion for the first hour and then splitting into two groups to discuss two different topics for the second hour.

Topics. The topics we will address at this meeting are:

TOPIC 1: FORGE Conference Recap A conversation for those who attended the FORGE Forward Conference and those interested in hearing about the workshops and other happenings at the conference.

TOPIC 2: Body Dysphoria vs Gender Dysphoria The diagnosis we need to transition is a psychiatric diagnosis, but we want to change our bodies. What are your experiences of the relationship between your body and your gender? How do you feel about a psychiatric diagnosis? Do you consider transness a medical condition? What are the possible advantages and disadvantages of psychiatic/medical regulation of transition?
