The focus of this program is to explore the transcendence of gender dichotomy and gender violence. Gender variance will be explored, as well as options for support. This program will also pay tribute to those who lost their lives because they did not fit neatly into the gender binary.
Come learn more about transcending gender! Transcending Gender is a program sponsored by GLBT Student Support Services and is facilitated by the counseling intern, Brad Baranowski. Cookies will be provided.
The Transgender Day of Remembrance, an annual event designed to recognize those murdered due to anti-transgender violence, will be held this year in Indianapolis, Indiana on Saturday, November 18th. This will be the event's 8th year.
What defines a family in 2006?
Join us as we explore today's families with a video presentation, art / photo exhibit, panel discussion and small group discussion. INTRAA Board Member, Margeaux May, will participate as a panelist.

Trans Lafayette is a support group that meets biweekly in Lafayette, IN at the Pride Lafayette Center. The group is open to transgender, transsexual, gender variant, genderqueer, and questioning individuals in the Purdue, West Lafayette, Lafayette, and Tippecanoe County communities.
IGS is an open group which meets the first Saturday of the month and the third Tuesday of the month in a secure place in Indianapolis. If you wish to talk to someone or gain information, whether you are a resident here or just visiting, call our outreach line.
